The Pastoral staff is led by the Lead Pastor. This team oversees the day-to-day ministries of the church. The staff pastors are responsible for the vision and mission of our church. Leadership Values

Mission First

There are 27,000 people in Columbia that have no spiritual family. If every church doubled in size, 50% would still be orphaned. Reaching those outside of church is the mission of God’s church.

“The master said, ‘Go out…and urge anyone you find to come, so that the house will be full.” – Luke 14:23 –

Maturity

Growth is painful but very worth it!

Jesus grew in wisdom and in stature and favor with God and all the people. – Luke 2:52

Elbow Room

We create space for others, regardless.

We cared so deeply for you that we were delighted to share our own lives, not just the good news of Jesus. – I Thessalonians 2:8 –

Infectious Optimism

If we really believe that Jesus has won, then we have nothing to fear, including failure..

I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me….because I have overcome the world – John 16:33 –

Empowering

“It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you don’t care who gets the credit” – Harry Truman –

Jesus…was baptizing and making more disciples (though Jesus himself didn’t baptize — his disciples did) – John 4:1-2 –
